Beneficiaries will be families with equivalent family income up to 6.000 euros. This is a new program of Ministries of Finance, Development and Investment, Education and Religions, Labor and Social Affairs and Digital Governance, which secures a check (voucher) worth 200 euros, with specific income and social criteria, for the purchase of such equipment.
The estimated number of beneficiaries amounts to approx 560.000 young people aged 4 to 24 years. Beneficiaries will be all families that are beneficiaries of the OPEC child allowance in the first income category.
Equivalent family income is defined on the basis of annual family income, the number of children per family and whether a family is single or not. The new program, with a budget of € 112 million, is one of the first projects at European level aimed at use of funds from the Recovery Fund. The estimated number of beneficiaries amounts to approximately 325.000 families with 560.000 young people aged 4 to 24 years.
