A new cannon exploded in the Greek market, this time from the Multicopter Shop, which was also present in Skroutz.gr, as a result of which the orders and money given by many of his customers remain in the "air"

For about a month now, the competent authorities have been checking it https://www.multicopter.gr/, as a result of which he cannot send the orders for which unfortunately he has already received the full amount, but neither can he return (????) money.
No word on when and if the orders will be shipped (we're laughing here) or refunded.
Obviously next steps in such cases are to dispute the transaction with the bank, file a complaint with the consumer advocate and contact a lawyer for criminal prosecution.
Do we have a similar case and case outcome? Is there any way to find out more (through someone known in SDOE etc), how long such cases take, if refunds are possible for pending orders etc?

This particular store has been around for years since the first ones in skroutz etc, applying circular carousel transactions (see here https://computersgr.wordpress.com/2018/07/09/ti-symbainei-me-tis-times-i-periptosi-wd-ssd/).
Thus, without paying VAT, it manages to have low prices compared to other shops. So it's very likely that the SDOE control has failed and they closed it.
