Multicopter : The store clarifies the regime applicable to refunds to its customers

After thoroughly reading all related posts, we inform you of the following:

1. It is a fact that at this stage the competent authorities are conducting an investigation, in the context of which a commitment has been imposed on all the assets of our company and its sole partner. This is the only reason why, at this time, neither money nor products can be returned to consumers. The reason we refrain from releasing details of the case under investigation – although, believe us, we'd love to do so more than anything – is that we're not legally allowed to do so, so no one has. other than the companies involved in the research.

2. However, the law allows the companies and persons under investigation to request the partial release of their assets, at least, for the performance of specific actions and the coverage of specific needs, such as, e.g., for returning products or money to consumers. This request has already been submitted on behalf of our Company and is pending before the competent authority. Unfortunately, the response time on this request does not depend on our company, and, however, the information we have is that this time varies around two to three months. Of course, in the meantime, everyone is free to take whatever legal actions they deem appropriate and beneficial for them. We, however, must preface it by informing that, until the decision on the submitted request is issued, any legal actions on already seized assets would be pointless.

3. In addition to the above, everyone is entitled to have their opinion on the developments, the companies and the persons involved in them. We will, for the time being, content ourselves with pointing out the obvious: Whoever is investigated is not automatically guilty. It seems, unfortunately, that some of you have a different opinion. Of course, we believe that the dissatisfaction of consumers, who are really not responsible for anything for the current situation, is justified. For this reason, we consistently show tolerance for the various insults to personality or even direct threats that we read. And we will continue to show tolerance, up to a reasonable limit, repeating once more, so that it becomes absolutely clear, that all consumers' money is absolutely secured and it is only a matter of time before it is returned to them. And we write this publicly, knowing that any one of you can plead this particular assurance before any Authority, precisely because our assurance is absolutely true.
