It activated its renewed digital portal yesterday www.oaed.gr ο OAED, in the context of the continuous upgrading and improvement of digital services offered to citizens and businesses for their more efficient service, the OAED today.
ΣAccording to a relevant announcement, the redesign of the website is part of the wider effort to upgrade the information and service services of the citizens that has been given as a priority by the Minister of Labor Costis Hatzidakis and is another step of the Agency's strategy, which aims at the digital transformation and the creation of an extensive set of e-government services, following the expansion of e-services, the operation of the platform "digital appointments» myOAEDlive and the new application OAEΔapp for mobile and tablets.
For the implementation of the project, the OAED took into account good practices and current trends in web design, such as information from a sample of test users, in order to ensure simpler and faster access and information about the services, programs and actions of the Organization. The initial selections of the new website give instant access to the most popular searches, such as e-services, open-ended employment programs, passive policies, social policy programs, but also important announcements.
The central structure consists of six pillars (Unemployment, Coupling & Counseling, Education, Training, Active Employment Policies, Social Policy & Other Benefits), which reflect the main axes of its policy and actions OAED.
In addition, there are specialized fields for employers & companies, special social groups, as well as the possibility of searches based on the status of each visitor (e.g. unemployed, employee, employer, parent, etc.).
Its new design oaed.gr provides the 1,5 million unique users who visited the site, with more than 10 million links (2020 data), clarity, functionality and easy navigation, redefining the user experience for everyone.
It is reminded that more than 40 OAED services are provided exclusively electronically, or through www.gov.gr with the codes TAXISnet, or through e-Services OAED with the codes TAXISnet or with the OAED certified user codes, enabling direct and secure transactions and making it unnecessary to Employment Promotion Centers (KPA2) for the most and most "popular" services.
