Caution !! Is in progress new fraud via e-mail and SMS, who copy bank notices, in order to gain access to your accounts and "pick up" what you have on deposit.

Μafter the fake and edangerous mail that we allegedly received from Piraeus Bank, it is now the turn of the National Bank a few hours apart, with an email notifying us to activate the new security service NBG Mobile.

Naturally this email is a scam, and their goal is to click on the link they suggest (Now turn on (NBG Mobile) by following the instructions), to link to a page that is a copy of the page that has National Bank, and provide the details of the account we maintain in it, in order to be able to seize what is in our deposits.

If you look closely, you will find that the sender of this mail has nothing to do with the National Bank, and his writing is completely rough and was obviously done with his help Google Translator.

Apparently, behind these emails is the same group of criminals who sent it to us mail for Piraeus Bank, and trying to trap you with this kind of messages and mails,

Caution !!!

  • Never open this type of e-mail and do not click on any link they suggest, because you run the risk of being scammed and being robbed of what you have and do not have on deposit.
  • Banks will NEVER ask you to disclose your account information, and you should immediately delete this type of Mail you receive.
  • If you want to make sure the mail you receive from banks is authentic, you should ANYWHERE contact them directly via their customer service telephone numbers, and do not reply to any mail you receive unless you first verify their authenticity.

In some cases, instead of receiving mail, you may receive a corresponding message via SMS on your mobile phone.

If you also receive a corresponding mail, delete it immediately, and contact your bank immediately to inform them of the mail or SMS you just received.
