Έhas been confirmed by several sources that the Intel has problems in the production of its processors but it seems that there is a plan for the future.
The plan includes starting chip production at 14nm in a factory that has in Vietnam which will operate under the program Copy Exactly !, which practically ensures that the quality remains the same regardless of the factory. With this plan, Intel will start producing processors, which is its main product, from three different plants, from China, Malaysia and now Vietnam.
The Vietnam plant used to produce processors that were a generation behind in the Intel lineup and smaller SKUs. At the same time, the increased demand for other components such as Gigabit LTE modems Apple's new iPhones are exacerbating the problem for Intel executives as they are manufactured at 14nm.
