If you have Redmi Note 5 Pro in India, then you will get it MIUI 10.3.1.0.PEIMIXM based on Android 9 Pie, which is 1.6GB in size and includes security updates for May 2019 from Google., but there are no other changes according to changelog.
Both updates are distributed gradually, so it may take some time before your device displays the upgrade notification. Xiaomi has promised that Redmi Y2 will get this too Android Pie around June.
