Η Xiaomi today added two more products to through crowdfunding its platform. This time we look at the wireless Xiaomi MIIW mechanical keyboard and a wireless mouse.
Τthe MIIW Elite wireless keyboard comes with a design of 85 keys with scissor keys. For connectivity, it supports two different modes, either via Bluetooth or via a wireless receiver.
The keyboard has rounded corners, rounded keys and a thickness of 7,8 mm. It has a compact design with almost no frame on the side. You will find a voice command key between the "Alt" and "Ctrl" keys to the right of the Space key. Pressing the key activates the HKUST Xunfei Voice Pack which allows users to enter text by voice by simply pressing the key. It can also be used to activate various smart commands, such as the weather query.
In addition to Elite, the company has launched another keyboard model this time without a key for voice commands. It has exactly the same design, the only difference is the function of this key. Along with the two keyboard models the company added a wireless mouse. The MIIW Elite mouse has a dual function connection - Bluetooth or wireless receiver and USB. It has a symmetrical design, non-slip texture and magnetic back. It has a raised back to achieve different handles.
The pricing for the MIIW Elite keyboard reaches 299 yuan (38 euros) while the keyboard without the voice support costs 179 yuan (23 euros). The Elite mouse comes with a price of 299 yuan (38 euros). All products will be available on the YouPin crowdfunding platform.
The Elite keyboard and mouse will be released on February 25, while the simple keyboard model will be available on March 11.
