Wind: Announces the removal and modification of prepaid packages

Η WIND HELLAS Telecommunications SA. announces for prepaid subscribers F2G and Q the extension of prepaid bonus services up to 31 July 2021 and the removal of prepaid packages for new activations and removal of services from June 1 2021.

More specifically, the extension of the following bonuses up to is announced 31 July 2021 for subscribers Q:

• 5GB free for 7 days and consumption per KB when you first log in to the myQ mobile application
• 1GB free for 30 days, which is offered during the 1st renewal of the month from 10 € and over through myQ.gr / myQapp with credit, debit card or PayPal
• 1,5GB free via myq.gr/myQpp when activating the package called 'Data Star' which offers 1,5GB with a charge of 8,5 €

The extension of the following bonuses up to 31 July 2021 for subscribers F2G:

• of the bonus for online airtime renewals from 12 €. More specifically bonus 600MB with duration 15 days, for renewal 12 € - 14 €, bonus 2GB with duration 15 days, for renewal 15 € and more
• 5GB free with a duration of 7 days when the first new entry in the myF2G app and if there has been a renewal in the last 60 days
• of the Log & Win bonus that returns every 7 days free 150MB or 20 minutes to all networks or 60 minutes to WIND / Q or 20 SMS to all or 60 SMS to WIND / Q, lasting 7 days, through the myF2G app or myF2G.gr if a renewal has been made in the last 30 days

In addition to 1^η June 2021 announces the end of the commercial distribution of the following prepaid prepaid packages for subscribers F2G & Q.

• The foreign package that offers 140 minutes to Poland at a cost of € 7,06
• The package that offers 5000 'WIND & Q for the night from 22.00-08.00 at a cost of 5 €
• The Blender package # 3 with 500 minutes to all or 150 sms to all or 1,5GB at a cost of 12 € for F2G subscribers

H WIND reserves the right to modify and / or terminate or revoke all the above commercially available packages / offers and / or to change the relevant terms and / or modify the above offers, following the appropriate procedure of informing the subscribers, as defined by the current legislation and its regulatory framework EETT.

The subscribers of the above programs, if affected, have the right to terminate their contract without compensation within thirty days (excluding any device grants) from the date of application of the above amendments. If the subscriber of the prepaid telephony services objects to the change of tariffs according to the above, he can submit a relevant request to the Company in order to be returned within thirty (30) days the remaining cash balance on the card, if the changes take effect in less than three months from the date of informing the user about the modification.
