It is announced that from April 15 2024 roaming service is terminated COSMOTE Traveller, for all contract subscribers, residential and corporate, of COSMOTE
Subscribers of the above service have the right up to April 11 2024 to choose either to be billed at basic roaming charges, where they will be billed per charge unit depending on the service they use (voice, SMS and data) or switch to the corresponding roaming service COSMOTE Travel Pass where they will be charged a daily fee to be able to use their plan's built-in usage while roaming outside the European Union.
Subscribers who will not choose any of the above until April 11 2024 , either through the notification they receive on their device, or by calling COSMOTE Customer Service, then from the 15 April they will automatically switch to the service COSMOTE Travel Pass, having of course the right to change their choice whenever they wish.

For more information and your smooth transition, you can call COSMOTE Customer Service on 13888 (charge €0,21/call from a COSMOTE mobile, including VAT) or the COSMOTE Corporate Customer Service at 13818 (free of charge from COSMOTE corporate mobile).
The charge for calls to the number 13888 from other networks are according to the price list of the caller's provider.
