Its brand new series Redmi Smart TV offers top specifications at affordable prices. It comes in three sizes, namely 50 ″, 55 ″ and 65 ″ respectively, and all TVs regardless of screen size, have identical specifications.
All three models in the series have 4K panels with a range of colors in the NTSC that reaches 85%. In addition, they have a screen to body ratio of up to 97% and a metal frame to offer better build quality.
All three RedMi TV models are equipped with the technology MEMC (Motion Estimation Motion Compensation) with intelligent 60Hz compensation algorithm for smooth content playback. Technology MEMC is especially important for TVs with an image refresh rate of 50-60Hz, as they add extra frames to movies and videos, providing a smoother and better viewing experience.
As far as the sound is concerned, the Redmi Smart TV has 4 x 12,5W speakers an 8-unit Subwoofer system to deliver a immersive home audio experience. It also supports popular audio technologies such as Dolby Audio and DTS-HD.
The new RedMi TVs are equipped with memory RAM at 2 GB and internal storage at 32 GB. They also have built-in microphones for control via voice commands from a distance of up to 10 meters, as well as access to the digital assistant XiaoAI to easily manage all the smart devices in your home.
Price and availability.
As previously mentioned, the series Redmi Smart TV comes in three screen size variations. But RedMi only revealed the price for the two largest models, stating that the price of the Redmi Smart TV X50 will be below the limit of 2.000 yuan, and it remains to be seen what its final price will be.
