Το Pocophone F1 by Xiaomi started recently sales and is already receiving an OTA update, which addresses some issues and brings software optimizations to the system and camera application.
The changelog reports the update as MIUI V9.6.18.0.OEJMIFD, with a fairly large size of 361MB. The upgrade fixes an issue that the phone had and did not open applications, while it corrects the position of the virtual keys that were not centered properly. In fact, the keys now follow the AOSP design with square, circle and triangle, instead of the MIUI keys.
Most importantly, the camera app startup and image processing have been optimized.
Other changes include deleting Mi Roaming application, general bug fixes. There is better stability and performance in the system while the Google security code for July 2018 was entered.
