Σin particular, the announcements were made in event organized for its launch HBO Max in Europe, with the first countries to gain access to the service being: Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Spain and Andorra.
These countries are the first "wave" for Europe and will gain access to October 26.
Officials have announced that they intend to expand to 27 areas (a total of 67 worldwide) during the initial phase of the European roll out. They will start in Central and Eastern Europe and within 2022 will add even more 7 areas, as they announced, among which is our country: Netherlands, Turkey, Greece, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
The service will follow a tactic, during which it will make its movies available Warner Media 45 days after their initial release in cinemas. The same tactic was confirmed for Greece.

The service will offer content from five categories: Warner Bros., HBO, Max Originals, DC and cartoon network. More specifically, its titles Warner Bros. include cinematic "giants" such as: Harry Potter, The Matrix, Godzilla Vs. Kong, Dunkirk, The Lord of the Rings, The Shining and Clockwork Orange, while DC movies include The Joker, Wonder Woman 1984, Aquaman, Batman v Superman and Zack Snyder's Justice League.
On the other hand, his list HBO (which is currently available through Vodafone TV) includes programs such as Game of Thrones, The Sopranos, Succession, Scenes from A Marriage, The Undoing, Sex and the City and Euphoria. Some of the Max Originals are The Flight Attendant, Gossip Girl, Raised by Wolves and Friends: The Reunion, while family series and movies include Tom and Jerry, The Powerpuff Girls and Looney Tunes.
In the presentation, teasers from the long-awaited were shown for the first time spin off of Game of Thrones, the House of the Dragon, but also the And Just Like That, the new chapter of the series "Sex and the City".

For starters, the HBO Max will offer an annual subscription to the price of 8 months, that is, with a discount of his order 30%, with a monthly cost of €5,99.
The normal price of the service is at € 8,99 / month for the Spanish market, as they stated, and will probably be similar for our country, when the service becomes available.
