ΤAnTuTu released the monthly list of the most powerful Android smartphones measured on its platform in October, where the series Huawei Mate 20 swept, winning the first three places. In short, the Kirin 980 is the fastest chipset in the world when it comes to Android devices. But, as you might guess, everything could change again when the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 is released.
In October, we saw the release of many new Chinese flagship devices, such as the Huawei Mate 20, Xiaomi Mi MIX 3, Honor Magic 2, Nubia X, etc. Thanks to their strong technical features, these phones found themselves in the top positions. AnTuTu list.

As expected, with the release of the Huawei Mate 20 series, the Snapdragon 845 monopoly over a number of months came to an end. This month, the Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro and Mate 20 X topped the list. Their score reached 311.840, 307.693 and 303.112 points, respectively. In addition, Mate 20 series models are equipped with 6GB of RAM or more. This also has a huge impact on performance.
However, it is surprising that the Huawei Mate 20 X, which we thought would have the most powerful performance, managed to reach only the third place in the list of AnTuTu. Its average rating is about 8.000 points lower than that of the Mate 20. AnTuTu believes that this may be related to the firmware. The optimization is probably not complete yet.
Also, when testing the Mate 20 series phones, users have left the "performance mode" function enabled in the system settings. It is enabled by default. But if you want better and more accurate results, AnTuTu recommends disabling this feature.
Fourth and fifth place are occupied by Xiaomi Black Shark. The first generation model reaches 293.544 points and the Helo has a rating of 301.757 points. The Black Shark Helo is the first smartphone with a Snapdragon 845 that has an average of over 300.000 points.
Positions 6-10 are followed by the Meizu 16 (292.394), the OnePlus 6 (292.371), the Asus ROG Gaming Phone (291.701), the Smartisan Nut R1 (291.102) and the Nubia Z18 (290.332).
