Consumers in Finland who face this problem can return their devices and get a new one for free.
In addition, a Mate 20 Pro owner in the UK responded to the Community Forum Manager post by saying that he had visited the Huawei support center and was told they were aware of the incident and the company would replace the defective devices.
Finally, the official position of the company on what causes the problem on the screen remains as well as the official announcement about a program to replace the problematic devices that will affect all countries and not only Finland.
