In addition to degrading the processor (Core i3), it is not clear from the teaser if the upcoming one My NoteBook will come with other additional feature downgrades.
The Xiaomi MiNotebook comes with built-in speakers and Dolby Atmos for sound effects and has a UHS-II card slot, which is very useful for video editing. This new line of laptops from Xiaomi also supports Windows Hello and fingerprint unlocking.
Today's versions of the Notebook Mi start at 4,999 yuan / 4.199 yuan respectively for the Core i7 & i5, so it is expected that the downgraded Mi Notebook with the Core i3 will sell below the price of 3000 yuan.
