Along with the many other laptops that Acer announced today, it also introduced its first Chromebook with Snapdragon processors.
Τa news Acer Chomebook, supported by their platform snapdragon 7c of Qualcomm, and the series includes the folding ones Acer Chromebook Spin 513 and Acer Chromebook Enterprise Spin 513. Acer also introduced the new Acer Book RS, which was designed in collaboration with Porsche Design.
Both new Chromebooks, that is Chromebook Spin 513 and Chromebook Enterprise Spin 513 have the Qualcomm® Snapdragon 7c chip with octa-core processor Kryo 468. Acer laptops have 13,3 inch IPS Full HD touch screen protected by Corning Gorilla Glass, and are equipped with up to 8 GB LPDDR4X and storage space SDRAM up to and including 128 GB.
They have connectivity to Wi-Fi 802.11ac with technology 2 × 2 MIMO and optionally with support for mobile networks LTE 4G. In terms of ports, they have two fully functional ports USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C with support for DisplayPort through USB-C and charging USB, a type door USB 3.2 and connectivity in Bluetooth 5.0.
The Chromebook Enterprise Spin 513 in particular it has additional security and capabilities, such as zero-touch enrollment for IT departments.
Porsche Design Acer Book RS
The Porsche Design Acer Book RS has a solid metal frame made by the method CNC cutting with diamonds, and has a cover made of carbon fiber 3k and has total weight at 1,25 kg .
It has an I processorntel Core i7 11th generation with 16 GB of RAM, with graphics intel iris xe and optionally can come with a separate card NVIDIA GeForce MX350 GPU. It has one 14-inch FHD IPS touch screen covered with a layer Antimicrobial Corning Gorilla Glass and has a nominal autonomy in the battery that reaches up to 17 hours.
