Xiaomi also revealed in a 20-second video how the new "floating" telephoto lens will work. As seen in the video, the lens elements will move closer to achieve infinity focus and take pictures of distant objects, while on the contrary, when it needs to take close-up shots (up to 10 cm), lens elements will be removed.

The Xiaomi 13 Pro was also featured in a leaked hands-on video, revealing the camera design and some of the specifications. In this video it is revealed that the device will run MIUI 14 based on Android 13, has a memory size of 8/128 GB and is equipped with a Qualcomm chipset that has a CPU clocked at 3,19 GHz, and of course it is none other than the Snapdragon 8 GEN 2 SoC.
