Can it Redmi K20 Pro has already been released in the Chinese market, but it remains to be seen in what form and under what name it will reach the shelves of stores in the rest of the world.
ΕFortunately for all of us, leaks have always been and will always be. THE Xiaomi has officially confirmed that it will be released soon Xiaomi Mi 9T and Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, two devices rumored to be the Redmi K20 but under another name. Although their release date remains a mystery, images of the devices escaped their crypt and came to light.
These images belong to Roland Quandt and as expected show the Mi 9T and Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro. It is clear that there are no differences compared to the Redmi K20 and K20 Pro. Clearly such a leak is welcome, which confirms what we all expected, but does not offer any new element in the design of the devices. The only obvious difference is that the Redmi logo has been replaced by the Xiaomi counterpart, as expected.
Regarding the interior of the device, Quandt claims that the Xiaomi Mi 9T & 9T Pro will fully share their technical characteristics with the Redmi K20 & K20 Pro currently sold in China, such as e.g. the same screen and the Snapdragon 730 and Snapdragon 855 processors respectively.
Both versions of the Xiaomi 9T are expected to have a 6,39-inch screen without a notch, and a 20MP selfie camera. The main camera will be triple hosted on the back of the device, with 48MP resolution lenses, 13MP and 8MP.
According to rumors circulating, both Xiaomi devices will land on European market in the coming weeks. The Redmi K20 Pro has a version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, but most likely European consumers should be limited to the version with 6GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of internal storage.
