The Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite has appeared in the list of Google certified Android devices. It is codenamed pyxis and is a variation of the Mi CC9.

At the same time, the Mi 9 Lite has also been certified by the Office of the National Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) of Thailand, which means that we are close to its release.

Along with Mi 9 Lite, the NBTC of Thailand also certified the Redmi 8 and Redmi 8A, which succeed the redmi 7 and Redmi 7A  respectively.

At an event last month, Redmi announced its new lineup Redmi Note 8, and palthough we do not have much information about the Redmi 8A, the redmi 8 allegedly passed by China regulator TENAA last month.

According to the certification, the Redmi 8 comes with an unknown 2GHz octa-core processor, up to 4GB of RAM and storage options up to 64GB. The device is expected to come with HD + screen and dual cameras on the back.

We may not see the two devices being released together, as there was a two-month gap between the release of the Redmi 7A and the Redmi 7, but we hope to find out more in the coming days.
