Xiaomi: Launches Qingping Bluetooth Alarm Clock with temperature and humidity sensor

The platform Youping crowdfunding of Xiaomi hosts from today a new product, which is none other than the alarm clock Qingping Bluetooth priced at just 59 yuan ($ 8).

ΑThis new Xiaomi gadget is expected to be released in China from January 14, 2020.

Xiaomi's new Qingping Bluetooth Alarm Clock adopts a simple but elegant design without a physical button on the front of the device. Instead, when its body is pushed down, the area around its soft rubber base comes in, which activates the 10-minute Snooze function. Pressing the body twice turns off the alarm.

The alarm clock is equipped with a Bluetooth connection with which it can be connected and combined with a smartphone. When connected and paired with the Smartphone, the alarm automatically synchronizes its time with that of the Smartphone.

As an alarm clock, it allows users to set up 16 different types of alarms. There are also 8 different tones to choose from, and the speaker volume is adjustable.

In addition to operating as an alarm clock, this watch also has temperature and humidity detection. For temperature, there is a sensor Swiss Sensirion with measurement accuracy ± 0,2 ℃. Humidity measurement accuracy is ± 2% RH. At these levels, the gadget can effectively detect changes in temperature and humidity in the area where it is located.

The alarm clock also has an illuminated screen with adjustable volume. The brightness is adjusted automatically. For example, the brightness is automatically reduced to 50% from 10 p.m. until 7 p.m. The lighting time is also adjustable from fully closed, up to 30 seconds.

With this option, the lighting is not dazzling at night, while one can clearly see the screen indications during the day.

In addition, the alarm clock Qingping Bluetooth can be combined with other MIJIA smart gadgets through the MIJIA application, and you can also create various scenarios. For example, a radiator can be switched on automatically when the temperature is below 20 ℃. This will help maintain the internal temperature and humidity of the room where the alarm is located.
