According to new information, the Xiaomi Mi 4 will launch next month in Europe as Xiaomi 14 Lite 5G with SnapDragon 7+ Gen 3 processor
The upcoming Xiaomi 14 Lite 5G will become the new member of Xiaomi's 14 series that will become available on the global market, and this is not surprising, as well as the previous models of the family civil launched in China, made their way to the global market and Europe as one Lite version of each flagship released by Xiaomi.

Can you please confirm this information? or give a source? Xiaomi Civi 4 was not expected to launch before May in China and now we will get it in March? would be great news, because I'm looking for such a phone.
Until right now Xaiomi didn't confirm anything officially. So this information still remains a Rumor and the source is based on some known and respectable Leaksters from China.
