The interest in devices from Chinese manufacturers is obviously great, and if we look at the largest network providers and electronics stores in Russia, the products of Xiaomi, Honor and Realme are all at the top of the sales rankings. However, given the unavailability of devices from Apple, Samsung and other brands, this is not at all strange.
Explosion of prices due to the devaluation of the Russian currency
Prices have risen sharply due to the devaluation of Russian currency (Ruble), as a result of sanctions imposed by many countries, with the result that all Chinese products that continue to be delivered to Russia become available in smaller quantities, while at the same time they have become significantly more expensive.

Meanwhile, the prices of its few smartphones have also skyrocketed Samsung and Apple which are still available on the market, and as early as mid-March, the Russian statistical authority reported that import prices had already risen to 42% in the first three weeks after the start of the war, and to date, prices have risen by about 50%.
The market for used and refurbished appliances is booming in Russia
