We already know the design that the devices will have from various renders released in the previous weeks, but this time we see for the first time the official renders of Xiaomi, which show both devices from several angles.
The Xiaomi 13 it will be smaller in size, have a flat AMOLED screen and flatter sides, while the Xiaomi 13 Pro on the other hand, it will be equipped with a curved AMOLED display with also curved bezels. The back of the 'Pro' model will have curved bezels on the sides, while the back of the base (Vanilla) version of the Xiaomi 13 will be mostly flat.
The camera modules on the back of the devices are quite similar, but the included camera settings are different. The camera modules on both devices will protrude from the rest of the back body, and the cameras will be equipped with lenses from Leica.

From the images published by Xiaomi, it is also confirmed that we will have two variants of the devices with glass and vegan leather backs, however, it is not yet certain whether the variants with vegan leather backs will become available in global markets as well or will be released exclusively in the Chinese market.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will power both devices
Both Series 13 devices will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and will come with plenty of RAM and storage while using memory RAM type LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 flash for storage, which is one of the best and fastest on the market.
Both devices in the series will come pre-installed with the MIUI 14 based on Android 13 (at least in global markets), while MIUI 14 will also be officially unveiled on December 11 alongside the two phones.
The Xiaomi 13 is expected to have E6 AMOLED screen 6,36 inches with FHD+ resolution, which will be a flat screen panel with a high refresh rate at 120 Hz.
The Xiaomi 13 Pro, on the other hand, will have a larger one E6 AMOLED screen 6,73 inches with analysis QHD +, which will be a curved panel with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
Moving on to the cameras, the Xiaomi 13 will feature a triple rear camera system, with the main lens on the 50MP, one Ultrawide lens at 12MP and a third lens at 10MP.
The Xiaomi 13 Pro it will have a slightly better triple rear camera system, with the main lens at 50MP, an ultra-wide-angle lens at 50MP and one telephoto lens at 50MP.
As for the battery, the base version of the Xiaomi 13 will be powered by a battery at 4.500 mAh with fast charging support on 67 WWhile 13 Pro will be powered by a battery cell at 4.820 mAh with fast charging support on 120 W, and will have too support for wireless charging at 50W.
