- Problem: Unable to connect to server on Google Play
- Cause: It may be due to the double Play Store or in a security patch sent by Google in April.
- Suggested solution : Update Google Play Store to the latest version. You can check the status of the automatic update in the phone's Google Play Store by going to Settings – Security Status – Google Play System Update. See if the problem is fixed.
