The scales also have a new feature called Balance Ability Analysis, and that assesses your body's ability to safely support exercise. It is essentially a control of your balance, which gives you the ability with various exercises to improve it, in order to reduce the risk of injuries when exercising. Another feature of the new Huami scale is the heart rate detection, which assesses the overall level of your physical condition.
