TCL 10 TABMAX and TABMID: Two new affordable tablets were officially made by the company

Η TCL presented to IFA 2020 two new affordable tablets, the TCL 10 TABMAX and TCL 10 TAB MID.

ΑFrom their names one can immediately understand that they differ in screen size and performance. Both run operating system Android 10.

But let's see below the features they have per device and the prices at which they will be available in the market.

TCL 10 TAB MID

Starting from TCL 10 TAB MID is a fairly compact tablet weighing just 325gr and 8.5mm thick, which is designed to hold it comfortably with one hand. It includes an 8 '' IPS screen with a resolution of 1290 x 1200 with a blue radiation blocking filter and a special Reading Mode that turns it into black and white, like a classic e-reader.

In the hardware we find octa-core Snapdragon 665 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage (expansion with microSD up to 256GB), 8MP camera, 5MP front camera 4G antennas (nanoSIM), WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0, in-display fingerprint sensor, 5500mAh battery with 18W charger and powerbank function for charging other devices, 3.5mm socket for headphones and USB Type-C socket.

TCL 10 TABMAX

In TCL 10 TABMAX Things are even better because it has a 10.36 '' FHD + screen that supports TCL Stylus stylus for painting or writing with very low delay (as the company claims) and a function that turns off the screen when one approaches less than 25cm, which most likely intended for young children.

The hardware has an octa-core processor (it is not specified which SoC it is), 4GB RAM, 64GB storage (expansion with microSD up to 256GB), 13MP camera, 8MP front camera, in-display fingerprint sensor, 4G antennas (nanoSIM) , WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, 8000mAh battery, USB Type-C socket and 3.5mm headphone jack socket.

They will be released in the next quarter in Europe at prices:

• TCL 10 TABMID at €229 (available only in WiFi + 4G version)
• TCL 10 TABMAX WiFi at €249
• TCL 10 TABMAX WiFi + 4G at €299
