Η Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. announced its release SamsungWallet[1], a new platform that allows Samsung Galaxy users to organize their digital keys, boarding passes, IDs and other important documents in one easy-to-use and secure mobile application.
Το SamsungWallet, protected by the Samsung Knox defense security platform, incorporates the Samsung Blockchain Wallet, which is available at Samsung Galaxy ecosystem, for easy tracking of cryptocurrency exchange rates and SmartThings which helps users unlock doors.
More than one payment service
The Samsung Wallt provides users with an enhanced environment with easy access to payment cards, rewards and membership cards and many more[2]. The Samsung Wallet also integrates its functionality Samsung Pass which securely stores passwords and allows users to connect quickly and easily to applications and services[3]. It also offers users easy access to their digital asset portfolio, to control the value of their cryptocurrencies at different exchanges[4] from a single point. Later this year, Samsung Wallet will also begin supporting official identification documents, such as mobile driver licenses and student IDs.[5].
Easy access from home and on the go
Thanks to its integration SmartThings and Samsung's partnership with well-known home security companies[6], users can easily add digital home keys to their Samsung Wallet to easily lock and unlock their doors with their Samsung Galaxy device.
The Samsung Wallet also supports digital car keys on selected models BMW, Genesis and Hyundai[7] which offer users many possibilities such as locking and unlocking their car and activating the vehicle engine. In addition, Samsung 's partnership with Korean Air allows the storage of boarding passes[8] of Korean Air in the Samsung Wallet, making boarding the flight easy and convenient.

The SamsungWallet is protected by a defense-level security platform, the Samsung Knox.
