Samsung Q950TS: It will be the first truly zero-bezel 8K TV to be unveiled at CES 2020

The new TV from the South Korean manufacturer has Infinity Design, which translates to zero bezels, with the exception of a small chin. In addition, the company states that the thickness of the TV is just 15 millimeters.

Inside the Samsung Q950TS we will find a new powerful AI quantum processor, which makes it possible to Upscaling any source in 8K. In addition, the new UI offers an updated experience and the ability to play content from TV channels, streaming services, and more.

According to the company, the Samsung Q950TS will allow the operation of devices connected to it via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. In addition, it will be able to view content from mobile devices with one touch, thanks to the "Tap View" function. As expected, the new 8K TV supports all the well-known digital assistants, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Bixby.

Additionally, the Samsung Q950TS has the technology AI ScaleNet of the company, which claims to allow the streaming of 8K content even on networks that have enough bandwidth for 4K streaming.

In fact, the developers who developed the technology claim that the image being reproduced will be of high quality. So far, it is said that Amazon Prime will use this technology. While the Samsung Q950TS supports AV1 encoding of 8K YouTube content.

The AI ​​processor uses technology Object Tracking Sound Plus, thanks to which it transmits the sound to the point on the screen where it could come from. This creates a 5.1 surround effect using only the Samsung Q950TS speakers.

In addition, the new feature Q Symphony allows the combination of TV speakers with compatible sound bars, thus allowing the creation of a possible 9.1.4.
