Η new upgrade has version number MIUI V12.5.2.0.RKGMIXM for RedMi Note 10 (Mojito) and Pilot (* Beta Tester) Stable versions V12.5.1.0.RJOMIXM for RedMi Note 9 (Merlin) and V12.5.1.0.RJCMIXM for RedMi 9 (Lancelot), which you can download from the links below.
The upgrade process and the availability of ROMs for European ESAs Releases are expected to start soon, but because the distribution is gradual, it may take a while for you to receive the upgrade notification on your device via MIUI Updater application.
Note at this point that the Pilot versions are essentially trial versions that may have several bugss, and their distribution becomes available to those who participate in BETA Testing company programs.
But from the moment the Pilot version, it is certain that the regular Stable versions, so you can download them directly to your devices without restrictions.

The V8.RGGEUXM is currently downloading to my redmi note 12.5.2.0 pro which is 2.2GB and includes MIUI 12.5, Android 11 and security patch July 2021.
