Η Razer has updated one of its top laptops, the Razer Blade Pro 17 with a new version for 2020.
ΠThis is a laptop that targets users with higher demands. With the latest generations of Intel and Nvidia GPUs, the new model can reach screen refresh rate 300Hz. In fact, it does not differ much from the 2019 model, so its design and configuration are familiar. Of course, now the series is equipped with graphics cards Nvidia-RTX and processors 10th generation Intel Comet Lake.
The company has three different models where the main variations are the screen and the graphics they bring. The higher the screen resolution, the higher the requirements. But on the other hand there is also the screen refresh rate to consider, limited to 120Hz in the model 4K, but available up to 300Hz in the model 1080p. All three versions have panels IPS 17,3 inches and processor Intel Core i7 10875H. The 8 cores are observed in all three models, as well as in the 2,3 GHz timing. In terms of memory, all three have memory RAM 16 GB DDR4.
The main differences in the versions of the Razer Blade Pro 17, are in the screen resolution and the graphics cards that are selected accordingly. In 1080p equipped with Nvidia RTX 2070 Max-Q or with Nvidia RTX 2080 Super Max-Q, by analysis 4K the only option is Nvidia RTX 2080 Super Max-Q. In storage all three versions can be configured with up to 2TB SSD. The first two models start by default in 512 GB and the 4K model in 1 TB.
Only two models with 1080p resolution support refresh rate in 300Hz, as in 4K resolution the refresh rate is 120Hz which of course is still a high end feature. It should be borne in mind that 300Hz is going to be used in another game rather than the entire use of the computer.
Its design with aluminum frame and RGB backlit keyboard catches the eye. Razer maintains this cooling technique Vapor Chamber Cooling allowing better heat dissipation inside the laptop. The new models available USB-C, SD card reader, USB-A 3.2, HDMI 2.0B, door Ethernet and an audio jack.
The new Razer Blade Pro 17 laptop has a starting price €2.899,99 and will be available later this month at Razer.com and other select stores in the United States and Canada and will soon be available in Europe.
