H Poco has recognized the problem and suggests that you hold down the power key (Power) of the device for more than 13 seconds, so that it is done Reset on the device and can be turned on again normally.
As reported by Poco In a statement posted on its official community, this problem arose after the changes were made to the Firmware for the device memory via the OTA upgrade, which requires the device to be restarted manually after the upgrade is completed.
The device will remain off after the end of the upgrade, and you will need to restart it as described above.
In case you can not turn on your device in the above way, then try to hold down the power key at the same time together with the volume down key until the screen with its mascot opens MIUI and the indication FastBoot.
Immediately after, hold down the power key until the screen goes off. Once the screen is off, release the power button, and your device should turn on again automatically and without further problems.

We've noticed that POCO M3 Users are reporting that the phone isn't getting power on after the successful installation of an OTA Update. Reason: sorry for the inconvenience caused. Due to memory program improvement, we need to upgrade the firmware accordingly.
The memory firmware is upgraded along with OTA, after which you need to manually reboot the device by long-pressing the power button for 13s. All your data is safe and you do not need to long-press to reboot your device next time. Please contact our customer service if you have any other questions.

I've had the same problem several times, I've restarted it by accident after 2 to 3 days of charging, sometimes more.
On m'a sugget de changer la batterie ce que j'ai fait. Il redémarrait normally depuis.
Puis 2 mois plus tard, il fait la même chose n'arrive pas à redémarrer. Quand je le branche sur le pc , il ne détecte rien. J'ai cru que je carte mère est HS. Puis comme par hasard il affiche la batterye 0 %. Je l'ai brancher pour recharger jusqu'à 30%. I tried de l'allumer et là il s'est éteint.
J'attends pour voir s'il peut se rallume car je dois recuperar des photos et des documents très important.
Y a t'il une idea déjà pour recuperat les données?
Aussi comment le redémarrer ?

Mam POCO M3 Pro 5G i nie mam sižigu, a jak mam to i tak nie požije się do mnie dodzwonić – telefon po za sižijem.
Nie dochodzą do mnie nawet SMSy o próbie zaczna i ogółem co 3 SMS do mnie dochodzi.

POCO w trakcie rozmowy potrafili rozłękać się sam po od 10 sekund do 1 minuty.
Dane mobilne są włożenie a pozenie że ich nie ma mimo że inny telefon z tej samej sieci obok ma czasem nawet LTE.
Z Messengera nie wszystkie mezzej się się na ekranie mimo że mam złonetki dymki, trzeba szukać nawet na Wi-Fi.

C'est un problème de conception, il faut acceder à la carte mère te dessous il ya un carter metallic sur les components, je l'ai enleive en le chauffant à l'aide d'un fer à suder, une couche de la carte s'est enlevée avec mais ça fonctionne, ça marche! Let the battery discharge completely or if you can open the back of the device and disconnect – reconnect the battery.
