POCO F2 : Twist – It won't be a RedMi K30 Pro clone after all

Things seem to be taking a different turn, as is its manager POCO India, Chandolu Manmohan, in a message, states that the coming POCO F2 will have nothing to do with Redmi K30 PRO.

ΕFor many days now, rumors have been circulating on the internet that POCO F2 will be just a clone of it Redmi K30 PRO. This information is mainly based on the fact that POCO X2 announced a few weeks earlier, was essentially a clone of it Redmi K30.

But now things seem to be taking a different turn, as its director POCO India, Chandolu Manmohan, in a message on Social Media, states that the upcoming POCO F2 will have nothing to do with Redmi K30 PRO and will be a completely different device.

In fact, in the continuation of his message, he tells us that the price of the coming POCO F2 will range around 20.000 Indian Rupees which means it will have a value around 240€. At this price it is almost impossible for the device to belong to the flagship category and it is almost unlikely to have 865 Snapdragon SoC.

This development virtually nullifies all the speculation that has been released in recent weeks and complicates things a lot, as no one is sure about the features that the device will have when it is finally presented to us by the company.

Maybe finally Poco F2 to pack four cameras on the back with 48 or 64MP sensor and selfie Notch camera under the screen, but all this is now hypothetical, as most rumors were based on the fact that the company would copy its features and design Redmi K30 Pro.

O Chandolu Manmohan, in his same message also states that the company apart from Poco F2, is preparing to release new ones as well TWS headphones which will be the first headphones ever made by POCO.
