Η Xiaomi started launching the first software update for Redmi Note 9 Pro / 9S of the global version of MIUI 11 with update code V11.0.1.0.QJWMIXM (Global Stable ROM).
ΑThis MIUI update for the device is based on Android 10. If you already have the device in your hands and have not yet received the update, you can download and install it manually by following the instructions below.
The new update at MIUI 11 (Android 10) for Redmi Note 9 Pro / 9S is being released worldwide through OTAs (Over The Air Update) in a gradual manner and it may take a few days for them to appear on all devices. The new update also upgrades the February 2020 Android security code that fixes bugs and improves overall system security.
In addition, the update brings optimization to system applications. If you want to install this update on Redmi Note Pro / 9S (Code: curtana), you can either check the device for updates via OTA, or Flash the ROM manually, after first downloading it from the link below.

Manually check for OTA updates

To do this, go to the phone Settings> About phone> Software update . Additionally, you can perform this task directly through Update application on your device. If the software version is available after the test V11.0.1.0.QJWMIXM, you can download it to your device and install it.
Before downloading the OTA update, make sure that the phone's battery is at least 50% charged and connected to a Wi-Fi network.
