Η NOVA MAE informs that from January 1, 2023, as part of the modernization of its systems, plans the following amendments to the general terms and tariffs of existing connections, which concern subscribers Nova, which have services Internet and Landline Telephony with a bimonthly billing cycle.
In more detail, the changes that will be made:
- Change in billing cycle from bi-monthly to monthly
- Change of the bill issue date, for subscribers whose bill is issued on 30i of each month, on the 2nd day of each month
- Change (reduction) of the charge for a full paper detailed statement of account, from 2,10€ per account in 1,05€ per account, to those subscribers who have chosen this service
Listed below are the exact terms as modified by January 1, 2023, with the relevant label:
7.1. The fee for the provision of the services starts from the date of activation of the service by Nova, based on the prices defined in the applicable price list of Nova, as it is communicated on the website of the Company and available from all points of sale of its products and services Company. The Subscriber pays the price of the next one in advance two months month and Nova issues the corresponding document provided by the Greek Accounting Standards legislation (Law 4308/2014), as applicable from time to time, unless otherwise agreed by the contracting parties. The price list reduction from time to time by Nova does not apply to the special prices that the company may provide as part of special offers unless the special price is greater than the new reduced price list price. Nova issues a bill for a period of up to two months one month for the value of the service provided during this period, plus VAT. The Subscriber is additionally charged with the landline and Internet fee, i.e. five percent (5%) of the total monthly bill attributable to communication services, as specified in the current legislation in force from 1/1/2017.
The above modifications have as their application date, for each subscriber, the corresponding invoicing date of their service, after January 2023.
It should be noted that the above changes do not affect the fixed and service characteristics of existing subscribers and work for the benefit of the end users, as they distribute the total charges that would cover a period of 2 months in monthly bills and consequently no right to terminate the contract arises , for existing subscribers who have services with the above characteristics.
