According to, Ishan Agarwal, the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro will be released in three versions with 8/128GB, 8/256GB, 12/256GB and 12/512GB of RAM and storage. The models that will be equipped with 8 / 128 GB will have flash memory type UFS 3.1 for storage, while all other versions will have flash type memory UFS 4.0. All the phones in the series have been confirmed by the company to feature LPDDR5X RAM.
The Xiaomi 13 series devices will be available in at least four color options. The devices with Distant Mountain Blue color they will bring one leather finish on the back, while the devices with Wilderness Green they will have coloring glass back. The other two leaked color options are the Ceramic Black and Ceramic White (with ceramic back).

The Xiaomi 13 Pro will have one main camera at 50MP with the sensor Sony IMX989 (1 inch) with OIS, which will be accompanied by a ultra-wide-angle lens with 50MP sensor (Samsung JN1) and one telephoto lens with 50MP sensor (Samsung JN1) with 3,2x optical zoom. Xiaomi 13 Pro will probably feature battery at 4.820 mAh with wired charging in 120 W and wireless charging on 50 W.
