Yesterday its General Manager Poco India, which is now independent of Xiaomi, confirmed that we have to wait for the first Smartphone of the company until the end of the quarter.
ΣToday, however, the company in a new message on Twitter, states that the release of the new Smartphone will finally take place "next month", which is of course February.
In the same message, he points out that “you should not trust unofficial leaks, this one is official", and in the existing link it refers us to the interview given by its General Manager Poco India, which is almost the same as the one we posted yesterday and simply confirms that the Poco will use Xiaomi's production lines and distribution channels.
Currently, the Poco is trying to set itself up as an independent company, which will have its own sales team, marketing department and product manufacturing department, but will at least for now focus on ONLY in the Indian market, so do not expect to see its devices circulating outside India.
