Miui 9.8.8 ROM Changelog (Update ROM Changes)

ΑThis is the list of changes that the news brings us 9.8.8 Version of MIUI ROM.

As of today Mi 9 (Cepheus) and RedMi K20 PRO / Mi 9T PRO (Raphael) will have ROM based on Android Q.

Caution !! TWRP Recovery for Android Q is not ready yet - and after the flash of the ROM you will have to wait until a new compatible Recovery comes out to Update the next ROMs.

Restoring from Android Q back to Android P will not be possible through Recovery.

As is well known all XTRV & AROMA ROMs in our community are back to China / Xiaomi.eu Source from the Global we had as a base.

From now on the community ROMs will be delivered every Saturday night, and the distribution will be completed gradually by Sunday night.

In addition :

The automatic ones are activated Local government updates in all our XTRV ROMs for all our members, and they will enjoy some of the privileges that our VIP members have.

Lock screen, status bar, notification bar
Optimization - Optimize the adjustment battery charging icon display

Android 10 known bugs:
- TWRP does not support storage decryption for Q yet
- Some third party apps may be incompatible with Android Q
- Downgrade back to P is not recommended

MIUI 10 Global ROM (End of distributions by Xiaomi)

From July 1, Xiaomi stopped distributing the weekly Global Developer (BETA) ROMs, but this does not affect our XTRV & xiaomi.eu ROMs, for all devices that have the Source Chinese original ROM as their Source, and not the Global ROM.

Unfortunately, this decision directly affects Poco F1(Beryllium) and RedMi Note 6 PRO (Tulip), as the above devices do not have at all China Source ROM.

The only solution to have weekly BETA ROMs for the above devices is to create Port ROMs from another device, something that is not yet certain if it will be successful, and we will let you know if we will have this feature when we are ready.
