ΜAfter the uproar created by Xiaomi's change of Global ROM Policy on devices labeled China "Only", here is a list of devices that are directly affected by these changes, and are dangerous for Brick.

Note that the risk of Brick only exists if your device has a Bootloader locked, or has a Bootloader unlocked not by you - with your own Account, but has been unlocked from the store where you purchased the device and has Fake Global installed ROM.
There is also a risk of Brick when someone makes a Global Fastboot ROM on a device labeled China by Xiaomi, and chooses Clean all and Lock from Xiaomi Mi-Flash tool.
