LG Electronics (LG) announces partnership with NVIDIA, the first TV maker to develop the app GeForce NOW of the top cloud game-streaming service, for LG TVs that have webOS.
Πoffering realistic image quality, high refresh rates and a choice for large inches, the LG OLED TVs match it perfectly GeForce NOW. Available at NVIDIA SHIELD, Windows PC, macOS, Chrome OS, Android and browser Safari for iPhone and iPad, the GeForce NOW allows players to start playing on LG TVs and continue on almost any device they have.
The app will be available in beta from this week on LG Content Store in selected models LG 4K OLED, QNED Mini LED and NanoCell TV of 2021 in 80 markets. The app will allow LG TV owners with compatible TVs to instantly enjoy over 35 free games via a compatible controller alone, without the need for additional equipment.
Games include Rocket League and Destiny 2 as well as additional successful game titles such as Guardians of the Galaxy by Marvel and Crysis remastered trilogy, all with the ability to play in resolution up to 1080p and 60 frames per second. Its members GeForce NOW Priority have access to the most advanced platform for beam detection technology and artificial intelligence, through streaming from servers powered by NVIDIA RTX in data centers around the world for the most unsurpassed response to gameplay and great, high quality graphics.
Its 'strong' combination GeForce NOW and LG OLED TVs means riveting gaming. Its self-illuminating pixels LG OLED provide the most vibrant colors and deeper blacks making the game's environment and characters more realistic than ever.
