ΧWithout any fuss, Huawei has added a mid-range tablet to its website - the MediaPad M5 lite. It has an unibody aluminum body and a set of four speakers in the 4 corners of the device.
The MediaPad M5 lite is built around a 16:10 10,1-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and is driven by the rather outdated Kirin 659 SoC. The memory variants are two - 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB. The most important feature of the device, however, seems to be the four Harman / Kardon speakers combined with the Huatee Histen 5.0 sound system, to mimic 3D surround sound.
A large 7,500 mAh battery ensures great autonomy in the use of multimedia and games. According to Huawei, the whole system works with Android 8.0 Oreo and EMUI 8.0 as the Skin of the operating system.
In addition, depending on your region, the tablet comes with Huawei's M-Pen lite Stylus that supports 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity.
The MediaPad M5 lite will be available in Champagne Gold and Gray Space, and pricing has not yet been confirmed.
