As a recent poll showed, at the moment about 40% of users still use smartphones with Android 9.0 Pie and for a significant portion of these devices the manufacturer's support period has expired, which means that new security updates will never be available on these devices. This, of course, makes the devices vulnerable to security and easy to be hacked by malware.
