If you are trying to connect and configure Samsung smartwatch you bought with a Smartphone, just forget it for now.
Η The Samsung Wearable Galaxy Account login screen does not currently work, preventing Samsung smartwatch owners from backing up / upgrading or resetting, downloading apps and more.
When you try to sign in to a Samsung account through the Galaxy Wearable app for all recent Samsung mobile devices, all that appears is a white screen.
Although you can still use your Smartwatch without logging in to your Samsung account, you can do nothing more, and this problem only seems to affect non-Samsung Smartphones.
Samsung's Reddit and Twitter sites, as well as other sites, are full of reports from users confirming the problem.
@samsungireland I just bought a galaxy watch and cannot sign into my Samsung account I just get a white screen. This is an issue affecting a lot of users with non-Samsung phones. I only have 50% functionality on my device because of this. Is there an update coming to fix this? pic.twitter.com/xz0zeQghJM

Samsung through a representative, Reported that the company is looking into the problem, but no solution is yet available.
So those of you who own a Samsung Smartwatch, if you have already set up your Smartphone, do not reset the watch or change your Smartphone, because obviously you will not be able to reconnect it to your Smartphone.
