H Xiaomi recently released new ones Stable ROM (Global - China - Europe) for Mi 8, Mi 8 Pro, Mi 8 SE, Mi 9 SE, Mi 9 Lite based on Android 10.
Σaccording to the table posted in XDA Developers, these are all new ROMs for the above devices. In fact they are available for download in both Full Recovery ROM as well as in Fastboot ROM.
We recommend that if you have a different ROM on your device, do not try to flash another ROM that is for a different region, such as China for example, because you will end up having problems or even a complete lack of Google Services and Google Play if you put the Chinese ROM in your device.
