Η COSMOTE, responding to the growing needs of its customers for connectivity and supporting the initiative of the State #DigitalSolidarityGR to facilitate communication, work and entertainment from home, proceed to a first set of actions.
ΟThe actions concern the provision of free mobile data to all COSMOTE mobile subscribers, free airtime, SMS and data to its subscribers in Italy and Spain, but also the provision of free TV content for the entire Greek public via YouTube.
The aim of COSMOTE's actions is to reduce travel, to facilitate its subscribers who are excluded abroad and to offer quality entertainment to the family and especially to young people for as long as we "stay home". Specifically, COSMOTE proceeds with the following actions:
A. Offer free 15 GB for 30 days to all mobile customers
For the increased needs of its subscribers for communication and Internet from mobile, COSMOTE offers free 15 GB for 30 days to all mobile, contract, prepaid and prepaid customers - individuals and professionals. With a 24-hour program and High Definition broadcast, COSMOTE HISTORY via YouTube will show selected documentary series of COSMOTE TV and shows with educational content for children and young people.
COSMOTE recommends its subscribers to use the My COSMOTE & WHAT'S UP applications
COSMOTE recommends to its subscribers, individuals and professionals, to download and use the digital applications My COSMOTE and WHAT'S UP in order to manage all their connections on landline, mobile and prepaid, through their mobile or tablet, easily and quickly from home. In this way they will be able to reduce their travels.
Through applications My COSMOTE and WHAT'S UP, subscribers can for all landlines & mobiles of their family or business:
- control the rest of their connections,
- to renew the talk time on their prepaid or any other prepaid mobile
- to buy MB, voice and SMS packages, to change program, to activate services and
- to pay their bills or any other COSMOTE contract subscriber
In addition, they can remotely control the use of the router in their home or business.
