Cosmote: Problems with Internet Access via Mobile Data - Authentication error 29 continue

We see a lot of reports about today for a few hours now problems accessing Cosmote's network via Mobile Data (Smartphones).


ΑMany users, trying to connect to the Internet or change the APN data on their device, get the message "authentication error 29" which indicates that they are obviously unable to connect to the company's DNS servers.

So far we do not know the source of the problem as communication with the service center is almost impossible, obviously due to the many calls from the subscribers of the provider.

If you experience the same problem, do not unjustly try to change the APN settings on your device, as the device has no problem, and the problem will be solved by the provider soon.

The problems of connectivity to the company's mobile telephony network continue today at times and by regions. In addition to the Data, there have been reports of complete inability to connect to the network but as a result can not be made calls (incoming - outgoing).

Try connecting now.

We repeat! Do not disturb the Data connection (APN) settings as the problem is not with your devices but with the provider's network. If you do useless actions you may have more problems afterwards.
