Cosmote: Announces price increases and changes to prepaid packages

Αit is announced that from 11/05/2022 : The possibility of automatic activation of the package is commercially available CALLS TO ALL every 30 days for prepaid subscribers WHAT'S UP, hereinafter referred to as CALLS TO ALL AUTOS with the following characteristics:

The following applies to the package:

• The minimum charge time is 3 minutes for voice calls and video calls and then the charge is made per second.
• Internet charging is per KByte, with a minimum charge of 1 KByte per connection (1 MByte = 1.024 KBytes).
• The minutes and messages included in the free use, concern calls (voice and video-calls) and sending messages (SMS) within Greece to all national fixed and mobile telephony networks (geographical numbers and mobile numbers), except for calls to non-geographic numbers (excluding mobile numbers).
• MB, SMS & talk minutes to all national networks of the package are available for use when roaming within the European Union.
• WHAT'S UP mobile minutes are not available for roaming within the European Union.
• The talk minutes (to all & WHAT'S UP) / MB / SMS of the CALLS TO ALL AUTO package that are not consumed within one month from the activation of the package, are transferred for another month if a new package is automatically activated at the end of the previous one.
• The registration in the automatic activation service of the CALLS TO ALL AUTO package can be done:
  • By sending an sms with the word "ALLAUTO" to 1317
  • With a free call to 1317
  • In what's up application
• The deletion from the automatic activation service of the CALLS TO ALL AUTO package can be done:
  • By sending an sms with the word "B_OFF" to 1317
  • With a free call to 1317
  • In what's up application

1. The benefits of the package are increasing EXTRA WEEK MAX for COSMOKAPTA subscribers, which will now offer the same charge 4€, 300 minutes of talk time to all mobile and fixed national networks & 300MB & 100 SMS to all mobile national networks, for 7 days instead of 150 minutes of talk time to all mobile and fixed national networks & 150 minutes of talk time to mobile COSMOTE & 200MB & 100 SMS to all mobile national networks. The other features of the package remain the same.
2. The commercial availability of PLAY NOW, CHAT NOW, SOCIAL NOW, COMBO PLAY NOW, COMBO SOCIAL & CHAT NOW packages for COSMOKAPTA, WHAT'S UP, FROG prepaid subscribers ceases.
3. In addition, for WHAT'S UP prepaid subscribers, the commercial availability of COMBO, COMBO packages with automatic activation, COMBO MAX, PLAY NOW for students, SOCIAL NOW for students, CHAT NOW for students, Student # 1 (1000 'to all and 600MB) ceases .

For WHAT'S UP subscribers who have the COMBO package with automatic activation, the new CALLS TO ALL AUTO package will now be activated automatically.

1. For COSMOKAPTA subscribers, the commercial availability of COSMOKAPTA COMBO, COSMOKAPTA COMBO MAX, EXTRA WEEK, EXTRA SPEECH, EXTRA INTERNET packages ceases.

For the subscribers who have the COSMOKAPTA COMBO package with automatic activation, the COSMOKAPTA COMBO TO ALL package that offers 800΄ to all, 400MB & 200SMS to all & at a cost of € 10,90 will now be activated automatically. For the subscribers who have the COSMOKAPTA COMBO MAX package with automatic activation, the COSMOKAPTA COMBO UNLIMITED package will be activated automatically, which offers unlimited talk minutes to everyone, 800MB & 400SMS at a cost of € 13,50.

1. Subscribers who have activated the above packages until 10/05/2022, when their commercial availability ceases, will continue to use these packages with the existing benefits until their expiration or until the exhaustion of their benefits.
2. COSMOKAPTA subscribers who are registered in the non-commercially available offer with which they receive 450 minutes of talk time for everyone & 500MB for 1 month for the first two renewals per month, with a charge of € 7,50, will now receive 600΄ talk time for everyone, 500MB & 100SMS with a charge of 9 €. Subscribers can deactivate the offer by calling 1330, at any time without the possibility of re-registration.

The subscribers of the above COSMOTE prepaid programs have the right to terminate their contract within 30 days from the entry into force of the above modifications, provided that the results of the termination occur no earlier than the previous day from the day of activation of the above modifications. Subscribers who terminate their contract in accordance with the above, can request a refund of their balance which will be refunded, provided that they have purchased one of the packages by the date of publication of this notice, within thirty (30) days from their application.
