Η Amazfit, which belongs to Zepp, quietly revealed today in India the new budget Smartwatch – Pop 2
The Pop 2 by Amazfit, is the company's new budget smartwatch that features Bluetooth calling and a large display, but pricing and availability have yet to be revealed.
The Amazfit Pop 2 it comes with a square shape that is more reminiscent of the Watch Apple 8 and less the GTS 4 by Amazfit. It has more rounded metal sides, and instead of having a digital crown, the watch features a single stainless steel button. Although the company has not revealed all its specifications to us so far Amazfit Pop 2, we can however confirm that it will be waterproof, as it is IP68 certification for water and dust resistance.
It is equipped with a 1,78 inch AMOLED touch screen with analysis HD +. It has more than 150 Watchfaces for users to choose from, and supports more than 100 functions for sports, combined with health monitoring such as continuous heart rate monitoring and blood oxygen level monitoring (SpO2). Unfortunately, there was no mention by the company of a built-in GPS sensor in the device.
The new Pop 2 by Amazfit supports voice calls via Bluetooth, as well as basic notifications and music control on Smartphones. Its battery life Amazfit Pop 2 estimated to last up to 10 days in moderate use.
Amazfit Pop 2 price and release date
The Pop 2 comes in two options in black and gold color with the latter having a pink strap. Amazfit hasn't revealed how much the Pop 2 will cost, but the device is listed as coming soon on the company's Indian website.
