There was a big uproar on social media on Saturday, following complaints from users and owners that The Airbnb website "fell".
ΣAccording to user reports, the Airbnb app has been down for several hours, making it impossible for them to access the app from either computers or smartphones.
«Airbnb is temporarily unavailable, but we're working hard to fix it»Was the message that appeared to most users, with the error code 500.
Heaps of complaints against Airbnb
In a very short time, Twitter, Facebook and technology forums began to be flooded with angry messages from users (customers) and property owners renting out their homes through Airbnb.

There were many who said that… ran out on the streets, as they could not locate the owner of Airbnb.

For their part, the owners reported that due to the error of the Airbnb website they lost significant bookings.
Frequent problems with Airbnb service
According to downdetector.com, the Airbnb website had problems on December 13, December 5 and November 22. Most users (71%) said they had trouble logging in to the service, while 28% said they could not complete their check-out through Airbnb.
