New applications that will serve the new generations, with mobile payments, invoicing, tax payment notifications they will soon be operational.

And also, a new mobile application, where every citizen will see their tax calendar and a series of other services AADE… Also, chatbot which, using artificial intelligence, will be able to provide answers to a number of questions.
The implementation has already started and most of the applications will go live within this year.
In particular, it is planned:
- Application with which professionals and businesses will be able to issue invoices via their mobile phone. The app that AADE will create will be offered free of charge to all those who register in the application and in this way they will be able to issue invoices at any time, from wherever they are, which will automatically be uploaded to the electronic books.
- New application with the ability to pay taxes, receive notifications, monitor obligations through an application for mobile phones. It will be possible to store documents and certificates that the taxpayer often needs without having to search for them with the taxis codes.
- A new, large, modern call center that will provide answers to taxpayers' questions similar to the one operating at the Ministry of Labour.
- New AADE website, more useful for taxpayers and accountants.
- Chatbot that, using artificial intelligence, will be able to provide answers to a number of questions.
- Pre-completion of tax returns and automation of their submission. Taxpayers who in 2023 obtained income exclusively from wages and pensions and had no change in their family or property situation will not need to complete their tax return. The basic E1 form will be ready for submission by the tax administration. All they will have to do is check if the amounts that are pre-filled such as salaries, pensions, receipts, loans, houses, cars, etc. Those who find that everything is filled in correctly will simply press the button of submission of the statement and at the same time it will be settled and the settlement note will be issued. Those who do not deal with the declaration, after June 30th it will be submitted automatically.
- Digital waybill which can also be sent via mobile. With the digital consignment note, the movement of products (construction and agricultural) is controlled.
